Currently, Citizens for Better Care provides approximately 95% of the Ombudsman services, as mandated by the Older American's Act, to residents living in licensed long-term care facilities. We respond to cries for help from residents who have been abused, neglected or forgotten. Our team of highly educated and trained specialists investigates each complaint and then thoughtfully attempts to negotiate a peaceful resolution.
