Don Bosco Hall's Transitional Services Program will assist young adults, ages 16-21 that are exiting the foster care system with financial stability resources. The services that will be provided include case management, job shadowing, support groups, educational support, career planning, employment support, independent living skills training, housing support and financial literacy training.
