Lakeshore provides the only free legal representation to low income survivors of domestic violence in both Macomb and Oakland Counties, and to citizens aged 60 years and over in Oakland County. The legal services are prioritized to support the clients in their efforts to be free of domestic violence, elder abuse and senior exploitation. Lakeshore works closely with the domestic violence shelters to serve all clients, including under-documented immigrants, in a holistic manner.
