Leaps and Bounds Family Services will assure children's successful and consistent "reading at grade level"through after school programs that meet 10 hours weekly for 9 months, through a six week, 25 hour per week summertime summertime program, through arts enrichment, tutoring, homework assistance and small group academic supports. The Family Learning Center creates learning opportunities for individuals beginning at birth through adult education, GED preparation.
