The Youth Development Program provides mediation services for high-risk adolescents who are facing specific challenges via Truancy, Victim/Offender, and Special Education Mediation/Facilitation programs. TRC also prepares youths to handle their own conflicts through the "Peers Making Peace" peer mediation program. "Peers Making Peace" is the only research based peer mediation that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
