People's Community Services proposes to continue implementing and enhancing it's after school development program which has its goal to build assets and to assist youth to stay in school and develop their full educational and personal potential. Program components will include asset building case management approach which will work with the entire family, in & out of school individual counseling, tutoring, fine arts, mentoring, computer classes, educational field trips & english language class.

The family resource center will service families in the Hamtramck Neighborhood.
