This project will expand Operation ABLE's job training and job search services that are designed to meet the unique learning styles and job search needs of people 40 years of age and older, many of whom lack the computer skills needed in most jobs, have not had to conduct a job search in recent years, are not familiar with the online application process, and/or need help in preparing for skill tests and interviews. Many of the people we help are in serious financial difficulty.
