The Harbor Light Emergency Assistance Program will provide a comprehensive array of services to low income or homeless individuals and families which include emergency food and shelter, Bed and Bread program, utility assistance, case management and legal aid services.
The Harbor Light provides substance abuse treatment services for residents of Wayne and Macomb counties and to those exiting correctional institutions. In addition to substance abuse treatment, there is also a broad array of services that they receive that provide help to reduce the chance of relapse, increase chance of self-sufficiency and provide continued support for a life in recovery.
