VNA seeks to continue its home health care services to the uninsured and underinsured individuals and families as well as increase our delivery of service for our senior population. Both populations experience frequent emergent or chronic health risks, limited transportation and limited access to care. The program goals are to help patients recover and return to their greatest level of independence, stability and self-sufficiency through skilled nursing, physical therapy, social work.
