Wayne-Metropolitan Community Action Agency is proud of its reputation as a reliable source of community support. The Outreach program for basic needs, crisis support, and ongoing case management is one of 45 programs that promote positive change for individuals and families. These services for residents of the 42 Out-Wayne County communities are in high demand at a time when resources are limited and needs are great. Outreach Workers discuss a person’s needs and take action to help them. This includes maintaining relationships with 350+ community partners so that when referrals are needed, persons can directly connect to services.
