The Prescription Assistance Program helps low-income people ages 18 and older in the tri-county area get prescription medicines at low cost. U.W.'s 2-1-1 is instrumental in referring eligible people to the PAP. WMR's on-site pharmacy fills prescriptions and mails them directly to clients’ homes. The program offers maximum convenience for people with limited transportation and other limitations. WMR also fills RX's for people without incomes (unemployment ran out, etc.) with certain restrictions.
